Questions people ask

How do I find out when full fibre is coming to my house?

Enter your postcode and house number in the checker. We show whether gigabit broadband is available now, whether your property is in a government Project Gigabit contract (with the contract end date) or a commercial build plan, using BDUK and Ofcom data.

Is full fibre available in Norfolk?

Yes, in many places. Coverage varies street by street: CityFibre, Openreach and several smaller networks are building, and Project Gigabit funds rural areas. Check your own address for a reliable answer.

What can I get if full fibre isn't coming to my home?

If no gigabit build is recorded for your property, satellite broadband such as Starlink can be an option, as can 4G or 5G home broadband. We show the options when you check.

Is it easy to switch broadband?

Yes. With One Touch Switch you only contact your new provider and they arrange the switch, with no paying twice for overlapping service.

Is Norfolk Fibre Watch free?

Yes. We're funded by clearly labelled advertising and affiliate links, which never change your price or your result.
